We don't often stray from our daily dose of compensation caffeine here at the Cafe, but today is no ordinary day.
Today is Tim Sackett Day. And we're taking this opportunity to honor one of the greats in the HR/Rewards blogging space: Paul Hebert.
Confused?
A little backstory. One year ago today, the HR blogosphere created a holiday to honor an unsung HR hero, someone who works day-in and day-out to make our profession better. Christened Tim Sackett day, the inaugural holiday honored, well, Tim Sackett.
Today, on the second annual Tim Sackett day, we honor someone who is not only of my favorite HR bloggers and but also one of the best minds out there in the fields of motivation and incentives: Paul Hebert.
More on the festivities and our honoree at my blog and others (a few links below).

Many many thanks, Paul, for everything you do and all of us you've influenced!

It's only when I get an "attaboy" from Paul that I feel it safe to conclude that one of my posts was really good.
