Love the voicemail transcription "cartoon". I can't resist sharing the practice of a former boss who, during the early infancy of email (1980's), liked to assign me the task of Xeroxing the email messages she received from Headquarters and distributing the copies to entire office. All this was despite (or possibly in spite . . .) of the fact that I politely explained how she could simply forward those same emails to everyone in the office - with the press of a button. Come to think of it, I sort of bore a physical resemblance to Dilbert back in the 80's.
