Jacque Vilet

Jacque ViletJacque Vilet has over 20 years experience in International and Global Human Resources with major multinationals such as Intel, National Semiconductor (acquired by Texas Instruments) and Seagate Technology.  She has held both Corporate and Field positions.

Her passion is anything having to do with International and Global Human Resources:  compensation, benefits, wellness programs, employment law, learning/development, workforce planning and mergers and acquisitions.   She has managed expatriate programs for two multinationals as well as been an expatriate twice herself.   Although she enjoys working with expatriates, her true passion is working on local national issues.   She enjoys the role of balancing local needs with corporate needs.

In her global role Jacque has designed and implemented large worldwide programs such ESPP, performance management and HR strategy alignment with corporate business strategy.

Her consulting firm Vilet International typically works with small to medium companies with no international HR expertise in-house.   One company she has worked with has 20 employees worldwide with 13 of them being local nationals outside the U.S.

She has a B.S. and M.S. in Clinical Psychology and an MBA.   She is a member of SHRM, Human Capital Institute, World at Work and Dallas chapter of SHRM where she has been the chairperson of the Global HR subgroup.

Jacque holds certifications of CCP (World at Work), GPHR (SHRM), and HCS (Human Capital Strategist) and SWP (Strategic Workforce Planning) both from Human Capital Institute.   She has presented at industry events in the U.S., Asia and Europe, and is a regular contributor to various HR and talent management publications.
