My heart goes out to families that need two jobs to make ends meet and I think we'll be facing social repercussions of the two job family dynamic for years to come. Incidentally, I bought The 4 Hour Work Week a year or so ago - I seem to remember some advice about minimizing social media use because it's a time drag. I assume that includes blogging. . . ;-)

Dear Working Girl,

I agree with your comments that the evolution to multiple jobs for both men & women from the traditional role that men had as being sole breadwinners just 40 years ago is troublesome from an economic perspective. I think life was simpler in many ways then....maybe not better, but simpler!
