Thanks for summarizing some very important facts for others to reference and cite when pressed to "use the cookie cutter." Uniformity is overrated. Identical is not equivalent to equitable. Life is variable. Everyone is unique. Different societies have different value systems, different patterns for reinforcement and different modes of motivation to drive their desired behaviors. All generalities are not universal.
