Can you provide recommendations for best sources of global stock plan information please? We have a plan that differs between US and rest of world but might consider differentiating further. We have found some Asia countries don't value the LTI as much as it is worth and feel they need more fixed cash to compete with offers, especially as local national countries grow and compete for talent with the multi-nationals.

Any info re: best global LTI survey data would be much appreciated.

Every plan has to be adapted to its pros and cons. We leave in a globalized world but nevertheless, differences do still exist between east and west as well as south and north. Even a multi-national has to accomplish some adaptations to its surrondings.
