I like this. We tend to focus on the people who get it right all the time. You're right --- people that screw up are not likely to forget the lesson learned.

Great reminder with the perfect picture, Chuck. Even the turtle cannot move forward until it sticks its neck out. Nothing important was ever done right the very first time.
