How can a company compensate and remunerate its employee secretly that other employees don’t get to know? Please advise.

It can be a ruinous error to make pay decisions on the basis of assumed secrecy. If your decision cannot stand up to the light of day (be defensible), then you'd be better off not making a different decision. Skeletons rarely stay in the closet.
