Hey Derek

This study assumes culture is uniform - a productive culture need not be. In fact long before engagement HR folks tried to weed out the PLM (People Like Me) hiring syndrome. Rewards should target what is valued and those too may not be uniform. We're not there yet but in any organization certain roles need to be disruptive, this needs to be rewarded and the competencies required factored into job evaluation and the hiring process.
