"Home Run" for you, Margaret!!! Assume your competitors in the workforce are generally 'vanilla ice cream'. Imagine how attractive some other flavor is to an organization with leaders interested in constructive and positive change?

While most folks are content with a compliance view of the world, how exciting it is to find somebody who has concrete knowledge of a topic and is willing to take a risk to help the organization just be better.

Margaret, you are so 'on' it is a wonder you could survive at some place called "Willis Towers Watson Mickey Mouse" . . . .
