Excellent! I was tasked only moments ago to develop a plan to review our "special pay plans." This is an umbrella term we use to describe pay differentials (evening vs night), starting pay rates above the minimum of the range, referral bonuses, etc. My original method was to ask, "Why does this plan exist," but that is too retrospective. This is so timely and so practical!
