Good perspective and one that I personally need to be more aware of; however, also need to understand that "change for change's sake" isn't necessarily the right strategy either. Year's ago our Comp Team at Mutual of Omaha adopted a yin yang approach that was Preserve the Core but Stimulate the Future. There's a reason why some things last -- they should!
